Not the right fit? No problem. If your order isn’t quite what you had in mind, All Day Fire is happy to offer a return, exchange, or refund — whatever works best for you.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Repackage the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Ship to the following address:

Shipping Policy:

Standard Shipping
• All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
• We currently do not offer international shipping.


Return Policy:

100-Day Return Window – Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted within 100 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Items must be in their original condition.
Refund Method – Purchases made with a credit or debit card will be refunded to the original payment method.


Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
• A manufacturer’s defect
• Damage during shipping
• An incorrect item sent


Processing Time:

Please allow 2–3 weeks for return shipping and processing.
Refunds may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.
